Location: the hotel was near to the autostrada and the centre and Italy. The room we got was perfect and the personnel was affable and very good...
Hotel parking was missed, we were a little disappointed.

The room had a TV with satellite channels, AC, and a laptop-friendly safe, which I loved. Also, having a bathtub in the private bathroom was great! the staff was really friendly and helped me with all my questions. 😊

During my stay at this hotel in this city, I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and always available to assist me with any requests I had. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the delicious buffet breakfast. In addition, the hotel's location was very convenient with nearby transportation, restaurants, and markets. The parking options were also very good, with both free street parking and underground parking available.
Everything great.

I had an amazing New Year’s Eve experience at a hotel near a small town. The hotel had very friendly staff who made the check-in and check-out processes easy. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-furnished bathroom. One of my favorite things about this hotel was the free parking available on the streets nearby. the hotel restaurant served a delicious menu with various options.
One small negative aspect of this hotel was that the breakfast selection ended quite early. Another downside was that the underground parking had an extra charge per night that was not mentioned prior to my stay.

The hotel had good furniture, spacious bathroom and many towels, but the location was not central and could be confusing. the breakfast had a good selection of food and the staff was helpful. the parking was free on the street nearby and there was a nice restaurant within walking distance.
The hotel lacked a designated parking lot and the exterior appearance looked worn out, which detracted from our overall experience.

The twin/double room at Master Hotel Reggio Emilia was great! The room had a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The satellite TV kept me entertained and the air conditioning made the room comfortable. As someone with physical handicaps, I really appreciated these amenities.
One thing I didn't love was that the quadruple room only had cable TV. It's just my personal preference, others might still enjoy it.

Clean and spacious rooms, great location, and helpful staff. We were impressed with the cleanliness and size of the rooms, which made our stay comfortable and homely. the key location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to amenities including cafeterias, a supermarket, and a bakery. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff who went above and beyond to assist us with any requests we had.
Hidden charges and confusion with the location. One thing we didn't like was the hidden charge for the underground parking, which was not advertised properly.
